50 Strong Women – Celebrating Strength and Empowerment
This ongoing project highlights the strength, resilience, and individuality of 50 remarkable women, each captured in her own environment and lifestyle. Rather than a single session, each woman is photographed one at a time, allowing her unique story, personality, and form of strength to shine through.
Sessions take place in settings that reflect each participant’s life—whether at home, at work, in the gym, outdoors, or during activities that define her daily routine. Poses and expressions are guided to highlight confidence, authenticity, and empowerment, while embracing the natural environment and context of her life.
Through this project, I aim to showcase the diverse ways strength manifests in women’s lives, from physical prowess to emotional resilience and personal achievements. Each session produces high-quality images that celebrate individuality, and the ongoing nature of the project allows the story of all 50 women to unfold organically over time.
This is more than photography—it’s a celebration of women, their journeys, and the many ways strength shines in everyday life.

Tina has the ability to observe, adapt and overcome through all of life's challenges while holding strong to her beliefs. She leads by compassion and patience even when she understand that not everything will be ok in life and that's completely ok. She offers Kindness and love to all because since very young she needs to be the change that she wants to see in society.

Ashley B.
No one life is perfect, but that doesn’t mean that we need to be perfect to overcome it. A brave woman is one that is resilient; one that bounces back in the face of adversity and gets back up no matter how many times knocked down.
Ashley has been knocked down so many times, but no matter what life throws at her, she always gets back up.
Ashely shows compassion and kindness, unconditional love and support. She has faced adversity, pain, strife and struggles. She has handled all challenges with grace and poise, and is never afraid to turn to others when in need.

Marianne
From the lost of a child to health issues and a good dose of depression and anger, Mariane has overcome it all and. What at one point broke her now makes her stronger! Through it all she always has a smile because she understood that her faith will allow her to see what God had in store for her and that made it all worth it.

Lesa
From active duty to military wife and mother of two amazing kiddos, Lesa has show the world that everything is possible as long as you wanted to be. Full time student surviving and thriving not matter what life throws at her. Lesa dont allow her all her physical disabilities, mental health struggles and life get on the way of living her best life! in her own words she wakes up every day and do "the damn thang". She is loyal friend and she stands up for what is right regardless of who agrees with her. She does not back down in the face of adversity, her compass is north, she loves big and enjoys seeing others succeed.

Cecilia
Cecilia believes that kindness is something that everyone deserves. She think that life is full of lessons to be learned and there is something positive in everyday. Cecilia try to be a better person everyday and believes that holding grudges takes too much energy therefore it's best to forgive and move on. Always striving for peace Cecilia identifies with a lotus flower, as it blooms from muddy water. Even though she’s gone through hell, it has helped her become the person she is nowadays. She strongly believes that the people you surround yourself with can make or break you, and she is grateful to be surrounded by incredible people that help me to be her very best self.

Shelli
Shelli is absolutely beautiful and a women to admire! She has a heart of gold. Because of her faith in God she has survived the hardest times in her life - starting four years ago when her 20 year marriage suddenly ended and she found herself so broken that she wondered what she was here for….. with her children grown and gone, and her husband gone. Yet in the mist of all She knew she was NEVER alone, Jesus was with with her every step, carrying her most days in the beginning, those days she spends working, praying, crying, and praying more…….God hear her and he sent some angels ….. he gave her Tanner her beloved dog who licked away her tears and laid with her in bed every night, her Church family, her work family and her Pasifika Fusion family….. with all these angels there for her, she became stronger and stronger every day . She will always had faith that the Lord has a plan for her , and now he has sent a wonderful man to share in His plan…..Shelli will never stop praising the Lord and being so grateful for everyone He put in her life!!

Zujey
Mommy of 4 , zujey hasn’t had it easy. From raising her children with only some support because military life, to battling autoimmune disease, Zujey has come out stronger from each and every battle, she had fight the battles many won't even think about in their life yet Zujey find a way to always be there for her family, she has become family to her best friend, she enjoys a good laugh and she understands that life is not easy yet life is to be enjoyed! Zujey is definitely a strong woman

From battling mental health and her relationship with food, liz has not ever stop enjoying life!. Liz is a very hard worker and that led her to the management of her store a very well deserved promotion. She absolutely enjoy her animals and the company of others as well as she enjoys dancing. Ashley
Ashley has overcome adversity as a minority growing up. Forced to mature early on as she helped to raise her brother. First to go to college in her nuclear family. Adapted to the uncertainties military lifestyles bring as a wife and educator. Battled postpartum depression. Continues to battle anxiety and depression triggered by grieving the death of a child. Driven by her past, she continues to juggle the daily duties of furthering her degree, being a friend, wife and mom of 3 children, 5 and under. She embrace life with a smile, and you might find her hugging a friend in the Walmart parking lot without knowing she is making a difference on that person’s life, Ashley has always a welcoming smile brightening every room she walks in.

Rebecca
Proud mother of 2 Rebecca Comes from a broken family and has set as her personal goal to be the best for her kids. From Battling depression, anxiety and other mental breakdowns, Rebecca has always been able to keep her goal of being the best mom she can be front and center. While it hasn’t been easy and there have been many setbacks Rebecca was able to earn not just 1 but 2 degrees. This year has been a year of trial and error but she has learn many valuable lessons….. the biggest thing learned is the best is yet to come. Her friends, family , and children see her as one AMAZING women and a a true role model.

Meet Debbie Saxton.
Debbie has conquered her past. Living to be tough in order to survive she has managed to keep her beautiful smile. She is wonderfully strong and beautiful woman, that believes If we support each other and stand strong, we'll get stronger together. She trust the Lord as He has never failed to guide her. He hasn't told her I'm in the wrong spot, so she won’t allow anyone to do so. She is an amazing Mother and an excellent teacher. She is a wonderful friend and mentor and knows when her friends need her and without hesitation she is there for them. Recently survivor of a motorcycle accident Debbie has shown the world how strong she is.

Life has thrown to her many hardships however, she doesn’t let those win instead she throws back some punches to life and conquers every single one of them by coming out stronger and victorious. One of her biggest accomplishments in life is her beautiful son who she has raised as a singer mother providing him with everything and anything from emotional to materialistic and she continues to amaze everyone around her with how she handles this single mom life style !! Meet Kristen
Mother and wife Kristen is an amazing teacher that has the strength to educate and inspire in the present educational hardships. Kristen like most has to endure many struggles however, God brought her out stronger on the other side. Her perseverance and encouragement from her family and friends keep her going as well as the almighty father !! Kristen is an amazing coworker and her family, friends and students are bless to have her in their life.

Meet Jodi
As a military wife Jodi has been force by life to endure all the hardships of her husband deployments adding all that motherhood brings and the obligations of a marriage. Through it all Jodi focus on her blessings and being the best mother she could to all her kids. Life has definitely not been easy and has give her challenges that most wouldn’t handle with the strength and determination she did. A blessing to everyone that gets to know her and woman to admire, Jodi is without a doubt a strong woman!

Meet Ryann.
At her short 18 years Ryann knows how hard life can get. This beautiful independent young lady who has had 9 surgeries, 4 broken bones and a halo. have climbed all of the mountains that have been put in her path, making her family and friends extremely proud of her! Ryann is an amazing friend and love to support her friends in everything they do. Looking forward to her future Ryann is full of dreams and is determined to not let life experiences take her joy away.

Meet Lauren
Lauren works very hard to give her children the quality of life she envisions for them. Lauren and her littles have been through a lot of hard changes-especially in the past year, but she keep pushing to do her absolute best and never let the past drag her back down. struggling to overcome all the negativity and fear from her past, she still wants her children to see they are powerful in their own right and they can handle anything life throws at them, therefore she refuses to quit. Amazing Mother, Friend and Woman Lauren is indeed a true example of a strong woman that no matter what life throws her way she is always ready to strike back and come out victorious.

Meet Audrey
When Audrey lost her dad at 16 she had no other choice but to grow up faster than most in live. She has Lived through heart failure and at the age of 21 she was told not to have any more babies due to complications in her pregnancy. However she believed God and has had 3 more anyways. Audrey is also the mother of two angel babies that protect her from heaven. Regardless of all Audrey has been through she runs her own family business, is an excellent mother , wife , daughter, sister and amazing friend!. Audrey is loved and admire by many around her even when she doesn’t realize it.

From great mother and wife to one of the best friends you could have in life Lisa is one wonderful an extraordinary woman. Life has not been easy and has try to crumble her spirit many times but Lisa continue fighting with a strength of a warrior not many can achieve. Navy veteran and Marine wife who goes to school full time pursuing a Bachelors and Masters in special education. Not only does she spent her life advocating for her son but she does this simultaneously while battling PTSD, and other mental illnesses that has only made her works hard to keep pushing for her kids and regardless what anyone tells her she pushes through and make sure her kids are able to see their mom be a kind, positive, loving and preserving woman. Amazing friend, mother and wife , she is a warrior that sees the world is such a beautiful way that regardless of the negative things around her she is raising her children to see the change she wants to see in this world. for that and so much more Brittney is a hell of strong woman !! and does who have the privilege to know her know that she is one of the most valuable jewel the world have to offer to you...

Meet Stephanie Nolasco , Stephanie is tremendous wife to Navy Sailor and mother of two sons and one in the way. Stephanie not only endure the typical day to day motherly and wifey duties, she also has to constantly advocate and move mountains for her son’s education and rights. Hard worker , Amazing mother, irreplaceable friend and a blessing to everyone she knows, Stephanie is truly one of a kind.

meet Nichoel Hannold
Mother of 4 furr babies and Wife , Nichoel live by focusing in the positive things and not in the negative. Nichoel understands that greatness just don't come to you and you have to work hard for it. She believes you are in constant growth every day of your life. Dancing make her feel stronger because by dancing she can release emotions like frustration which is something that she struggles to do with just words. As a fitness instructor Nichoel loves to share dancing with others. Nichoel has learn that sometimes even when we love someone we have to let them go regardless of the love we hold for them. She doesn't realized the amazing impact she has in all the people that she interacts with, but Nichoel is an inspiration for many and a wonderful soul. Every room she enters she brings with her a joy and light like no other. for these and many other reasons Nichoel is one STRONG WOMAN.

meet Suzy Gillespie
Amazing Mother , coworker and, friend, Suzy has battle things that most woman wouldn’t on their life. Survivor of tragedy and life warrior, she wakes up every day with a positive mind set and ready to tackle what life throws at her. Suzy dedicated 25 years of her life to help educate children and did it with all her love and heart. Some might see her as a very sensitive person but in reality she is very well connected with her emotions and if there is something she has learned in life is that life is to short to hold on to your emotions. She loves, she laugh, and she lives every day with the philosophy that “tomorrow is not promise” and with that she makes every day one to remember. Is for this reason that she is ONE STRONG WOMAN !.

Debra dedicated 20 years of her life to help educate and shape the minds of students while also raising her own children and lastly enjoying her role as a grandma. When Debra is with face adversity she seeks for the lords advice and continues her path with grace and always comes out victorious. If you ever have the pleasure to know her then you will realize she is a blessing in everyone’s life!
